While Shadows of Fortune is free to play, you need to mint your character before starting, which requires paying a minting fee through the Sonic Blockchain. After minting, there are also premium features and items that can be purchased with in-game tokens.

3. How do I start playing the game?

To play Shadows of Fortune, follow these steps:

• Connect your wallet (we recommend Rabbit Wallet) to the Sonic Blockchain.

• Pay the minting fee to create your character.

• Once your character is minted, you can begin your journey in Shadows Falls.

4. What do I need to play Shadows of Fortune?

You need:

• Tokens to mint your character and unlock certain premium features.

5. What are the types of quests in the game?

There are three main types of quests:

• Main Quests: These advance the main storyline and cannot be repeated.

• Farming Quests: These are repeatable quests that allow players to gather resources and can be completed multiple times with a cooldown.

Only Farming Quests can be replayed after a cooldown period. Main and Secondary Quests cannot be repeated once completed.

Energy is required to perform actions such as traveling between nodes and engaging in combat. If you run out of energy, you will need to wait for it to regenerate over time or use energy-restoring consumables found in the game.

To mint a character, connect your wallet to the Sonic Blockchain, create your character, and follow the instructions in the DApp to complete the minting process. You will need to pay the minting fee to get started.
